The table, the season, the moment

Ledge opened in 2019 with twelve seats, one kitchen, and a single rule: nothing on the plate that isn't worth being on the plate. The menu is written every morning based on what comes in from the farms, the boats, and the foragers we trust.

We have never had a printed menu that was valid for more than a day. We have never cooked a dish we were not proud of. Those two things are connected.

The room is small because we want to cook for people, not at them. Each table gets the same attention. There is no bad seat at Ledge.

The people behind the menu

A small team. Everyone cooks. There is no hierarchy in this kitchen that gets in the way of the food. Rosa runs the pass; everyone knows why every plate looks the way it does.

Reserve a table at Ledge

We take bookings up to three months in advance. Wednesday through Saturday, one sitting each evening at 19:00. The room seats twelve. Availability goes quickly.

We ask for a deposit of £50 per person at the time of booking. This is deducted from your final bill. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.

Dietary requirements
We can accommodate most requirements with advance notice. The menu is always built around the season, not around restrictions — but we will do our best. Please note in your booking.
